Although the thought of retiring abroad is quite enticing, most people don't know where to begin that process. In general moving is difficult, let alone moving internationally. Things that can take the fun out of retiring abroad include visas, housing options, setting up basic necessities, meeting people, coordinating activities, langue barriers, an unfamiliar environment, and managing subtle changes in day to day life. All of those choices, make the possibility of retiring internationally that much harder, especially for those who just want to relax and enjoy their retirement.

RetireMe is an International Independent Living Community that has consolidated many of these processes, making it easier than ever to retire internationally to one of our locations. We offer semi-customizable and comprehensive packages that cover visas, fully furnished housing, insurance, life set up(cellphone and bank account), private housekeeping, transportation, translation services, chauffeuring, community activities/outings, and more.

We're starting off in Thailand but have plans to deploy across South East Asia and more. That way, once your lease is up, you may then choose to live in a variety of destinations without any of the hassle. An added bonus is that our staff and residents speak English, so you shouldn't have problem finding help or building friendships..

My name is Chloe Altieri and I am the Founder of RetireMe. People always ask me how I created the concept of RetireMe. Truthfully, it comes from my own personal experience with aging parents. There comes a day when the paradigm completely shifts and suddenly it is us being the ones worried about our parents future. Anxiety hit and for awhile I felt hopeless as thoughts of them aging flooded my mind. So I began looking for options for them, somethings that wasn't a retirement home but more of senior community where they could still have freedom, fun, and connect with like minded people. Unfortunately, in developed nations the number of affordable yet quality options for retirement are quickly declining. Thus, I began to look abroad, and it was within this process that I was inspired to create RetireMe. I personally understand how daunting the retirement and immigration process can be, which is why I have centralized many of these steps for you to make it easier.
