Visa Assistance

Obtaining a visa is one of the first steps of moving abroad. Visa set up is included in our packages. Depending on your package we will also help with other visa services to reduce disruptions of your stay. 

Housing

We have set locations that you may choose from. The housing options consist of studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms. The rates can vary based on location. Utilities are included at a flat rate, covering water, sewage, gas, electric, and wifi. The facilities offer, gyms, pools, community rooms, and more. Accessibility features are limited at this time.

Pet Services

In addition to a pet fee. You pay additional monthly rent money for having a pet.  Add on services consist of walking, feeding, and pet sitting. Pets are required to be either a cat or a dog under 25lbs. Pets are only allowed at specific locations and certain breeds are prohibited.  

Immigrations Set Up

Let us take care of all the nuances when it comes to getting set up in a country. We will set up your bank account(not manage) and phone service and will incorporate the cost of the phone bill into your rent/utilities. Additionally we will help acclimate you to some of the key differences with these services in other countries.

Housekeeping

You will get a designated housekeeper assigned to you M-F for 7 hours of the day. You can choose time slots between 7AM-7PM. Cleaning, Laundry, Cooking/Meal Prepping, Dish Washing, and Errand Running(package running, grocery shopping, and etc), Translation, and Appointment Setups.

Activities

There are both community activities held at the on location centered around art, wellbeing , and relaxation.  Planned group outings are available at an additional cost. Outings are comprehensive(travel, ticket fee, etc) and are both local and far. Monthly calendars are sent out to residents listing all the outings and events available at the community.  

Insurance

Insurance is required to immigrate and there are so many insurance options. So we have done the hard work for you and narrowed down some great packages  with some of the best provider options. Feel free to bring your own, we just ask for proof. We also offer a variety of other optional insurances such as Pet and Life.

Transportation

At an additional cost we will provide you a personal driver to take you around everyday between 7am- 10pm. This service isn't available at all location but is highly recommended for the ones it is. There are no accessibility features offered at this time for transportation.
